Bitpulse is built for institutional finance teams. We treat your data the way we'd want a counterparty to treat ours — minimal collection, no selling, full transparency.

We collect only what's needed to operate this service. We don't sell your data. We don't subscribe you to marketing lists without consent.

When you submit the “Request Access” form on our site, we collect:

• Company name
• Role / title (if provided)

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and communicate about Bitpulse products.

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, timestamps. Used for security, debugging, and uptime monitoring.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies only — required for the site to function correctly. No tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, no analytics (at this time).

• To respond to product access requests
• To communicate about Bitpulse products and updates (only if you've engaged with us)
• To maintain site security and diagnose technical issues

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating Bitpulse.

We may share information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

• Lead form submissions: Retained for as long as the business relationship is active or until you request deletion.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.
