Privacy Policy

Effective as of February 08, 2024  ·  Last updated: April 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to https://www.bitpulse.io and all Bitpulse properties (including ozone.bitpulse.io and docs.bitpulse.io), and Bitpulse Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Our Privacy Philosophy

Bitpulse is built for institutional finance teams. We treat your data the way we'd want a counterparty to treat ours — minimal collection, no selling, full transparency.

We collect only what's needed to operate this service. We don't sell your data. We don't subscribe you to marketing lists without consent.

Summary

  • What we collect: Contact information you submit via our lead capture form (name, email, company, role). Standard server logs (IP, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.
  • Why: To follow up on product interest, communicate about Bitpulse, and improve the site.
  • Third parties: We use Vercel (hosting) and Google Sheets (lead capture via a webhook). No advertising networks, no data brokers.
  • Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
